We believe understanding therapy costs should feel clear and manageable. Below is an overview of how insurance and payment work at Sage Path Counseling Center.
Insurance
Aetna (In-Network)
Sage Path Counseling Center is in-network with Aetna. Coverage, copays, and deductibles vary, so we encourage you to contact Aetna directly to understand what your plan covers for outpatient mental health services.
Out-of-Network Insurance
We are out-of-network with all other insurance companies. Many clients choose to use their out-of-network (OON) benefits, which can help offset the cost of therapy.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits:

You pay the session fee at the time of service.

We provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt).

You submit the superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, based on your plan’s OON coverage.
We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask:

Insurance Support & Consultation
